Your hamster might be smelling something on your hand, that smells like food. Or, your hamster might be bothered. Next time you are holding, playing or petting your hamster, and he bites you, try to see how you would feel if you were in your hamster's place. What I mean, is, would you feel comfy and safe? Ok my hamster did that alot when we first got him too. I trained him not to do that and it tooks about 3-4 days. This is what you do. Take some cottage cheese or regular yogurt and put some on your finger. (i used cottage cheese and he loved it) Let him lick it and then he will learn.

Also make sure that u are not puting your finger out because he will think it is a carrot.

Well, your hampster is biting you for one of two reasons:

1. He is being squeezed or is otherwise afraid or uncomfortable.

2. He is in pain (bloating, air bubble, etc.)

um i suggest u smake the **** out of it because if that nucca bit me all the time that sucker would go down eather that ur u bite him back and show him whos bose man

wash ur hands b4 you touch them, and flick the with your finger if it bites you. it works for me ^^
