It's serious, he needs a vet. Urinating blood can be a sign of wet-tail. Wet-tail is a very serious disease in hamsters.. the sooner he gets to the vet, the better his chances. Leaving it too long will result in death, unfortunately..

So please get him to the vet, he'll be able to advice you on what to do.

It could be a symtom of wet tail, you need to take it to the vet asap! Wet tail can be deadly.
