Oh wow! Must be a big day! You should start providing lots of alfalfa hay and veggies, along with the pellets and water. You can even start holding them! I would wait for a day or two, but they can be held so they become used to people. Look at this website for more advice: http://www.freewebs.com/aaguineapigs/bab...

Guinea pig babies are born with a full coat of fur and teeth for chewing, they don't need any special care from you. Guinea pig mothers rarely eat their young, they're too big! Keep them with their mother for 4-5 weeks, then find good homes for them
no dont separate them. The mom has to give them milk! Guinea pigs are great mom! Congratulations to your cute family. They probably just need some rest and some time to themselfs now.
Aren't they the cutest things? no guineas are pretty darn mellow.. the babies look like smaller versions of the parents.. they start eating regular food they are so low maintenance just a really fun pet! Just make sure everyone has enough food.. look into a bigger cage if its really small.. You either need to start giving the babies to others or get a bigger cage for the brood.
Just leave the mom and her babies alone for a few days. Keep the cage in a warm, dark, and quiet place. Unless the mother feels like something is going to kill her babies she will not hurt them. Since they are a larger rodent the chances of her hurting them are slim. Just let the momma do her thing and dont clean the cage for few extra days. Do not seperate the momma from her babies. If you have other piggies in there with the mom and her babies take them out now. Momma piggy will know what to do and everything will be fine just give her a few days to heal and take care of the babies. all you have to do is play the waiting game. Good luck with your piggies. They are so cute when they are little. :-)
Leave the mother with them, but if the father is there take him out asap. All should be well. I love baby guinea pigs they are so cute. Congrats on the new family. All the best;^)
basically do as all others have answered BUT (AND I CANT STRESS THIS ENUFF)..if you have the male in take him out now, guineas give birth at nite and if made availble to a male will mate again as soon as she has given birth..i found 2 guineas dumped didnt no the femle was up the duff till i got up one morning by which time it was too late to seperate coz the male had already had the chance to mate again and she died giving birth the 2nd time round : ( xx
take the dad out. then leave the mom WITH her babies. we always leave our baby guinea pigs w/their mom for 3-5 weeks. have fun with your baby guinea pigs! i know how exciting it is to have some. enjoy!!
Guinea pig baby's can't really be eaten considering they aren't born very small. No not seperate them or the baby piggies will die due to lack of food. however if daddy is in there take him out or he could her the babies! guinea pigs are the best rodent moms considering they're prtective and won't eat their young like hamsters do!
guinea pig babies are born with teeth and a coat of fur so, unlike other rodents, they're too big for the mother to eat. keep them with the mother (she'll care for them just fine) for a few weeks to a month, then find a good home for them.
