I just got a lil white mouse, i think its a feeder mouse but im not sure, but anyways, is there anything special i should know about care or feeding or anything.

aww i always wanted a pet mouse!

anyway, like with any pet, make sure u giv you new mouse water and food everyday! as for the cage, i'd suggest a cage with multiple levels bc mice LOVE to climb! o and mice r very social and love friends..especially if it is a girl...so i'd make sure you would get her a friend or two.

Mice should be fed on a basic diet of whole or rolled oats, with a little hamster food and budgerigar seed given very occasionally for variety. Feed bread, preferably wholemeal, daily (soaked in water and squeezed out). Dog biscuits are good for their teeth.

In the summer they love the yellow Dandelion heads, and also seeding grass, but don't overdo this. o and b sure to get some toys too! u dont want to hav ur little friend bored all day. here are some ideas: a quiet spinning wheel and some little chew toys.
