do they come with attachments i should know about, also what is the best silent wheel i will be keeping her in my room so i want it as quiet as possible.
Answers:Get a wire cage. If you do get one with plastic tubes and everything like that, make sure you check it daily. They will chew through the plastic tubes eventually. I know this one from experience.
As for treats, you can get a variety of prepacked ones at the pet store, but we also give them a variety of fruits and vegetables. The hamsters we have right now, love lettuce and carrots.
And if you get a wheel make sure it doesn't squeak. Ours does, and we have to oil it with vegetable oil about every other day.

the Dazzle cage has a very quiet wheel, but keep in mind they like to put their food and bedding up their. so you may need to move the cage at night. mine like fresh fruit and veggies, and the yogurt drops.
