i think he just peed and get himself wet. he has shown no signs of wettail.
Answers:He probably just peed on himself if he hasn't shown any signs of wet tail then it is ok! And also you shouldn't leave your hamster in his ball you should always be there in case he somehow gets out!
Is his ball wet too? If so then you are right. Otherwise, go to the vet. Oh yeah, wash him off if you think he peed.

Well, if it's all matted with Diarrehea, then he has wettail. If it's just wet he probably just peed.
He probably urinated. My hamster does that too. My hamsters also poops in there sometimes. Hamsters should only be left inside those plastic balls for no more than 20 minutes. After that they may get tired, thirsty, bored, or too comfortable and do stuff in there you don't want. Sometimes my hamster sleeps in there. I find it more enjoyable to lock the door of my room and let him explore outside the ball. It's fun watching him climb things and he seemingly has memorized where everything in my room is. Don't worry, I made my room Hamster proof :) I know how clever Littleguy is!
