its probably just blind in that eye
You can get antibiotic drops from the pet store.Also swab the eye with warm water daily for about 5 days. Usually it is best to go to the vet.
There's only one of two things wrong with this picture.Either the hamster has infection,or blindness in the cornea of it's eye,or it's suffered from a truamatic blow to the side near it's eye or the craniual region of it's head(i.e.-shaking it around to where it's bounced off surfaces of boxes,or cages back and forth).In either case,the only thing you can do,is have the vet to check his eye out,in order to know for certain.
