ok first calm down! now gerbils are actually kept as pets in america and are very popular. they are very friendly but can bite if they are scared. i have 2 gerbils and i love them to death. gerbils can multiply very fast as the mother can get pregnant in less than 30 minutes after the birth of her previous litter. evict the lady and after the 3 months make sure that you make it clear in your advertisements that there are no pets allowed in the apartment. i hoped i helped. email me any time. i can answer any questions you have about gerbils. email me at tkes13@yahoo.com

For some reason, I can't stop laughing. Gerbils are not dangerous, and you should exterminate them. Capture them, and turn them into the humane society.

talk to the lady, tell her that if she does not get cages for these pesky rodents, then you will evict her when the time comes. Help her out by catching the gerbils, putting them in a container (not cardboard) and giving them to her. Gerbils are very friendly and will only bite if they feel frightened. Set a couple traps, put food in a bucket and put something leading up to the bucket so the erbils will get in but will be stuck. Here are some traps you can use:
