Lifespan is actually 1.5 to 3 years for mice. That's the rule, although there are rare exceptions.

Mice are nice little pets if you aren't huge on interaction. I have had a female mouse for over a year now and I love her to death. But she's very timid, like most mice, and isn't big on being handled. They are more "look and don't touch" pets. Mine just eats the Hamster/Gerbil food... it specifies on the box that it can be fed to other rodents, such as mice.

1. if you have one thats pregnant you dont have to seperate them because the mails will tend to help the babies as much as the mother.

2.if you had 2 that got pregnant then you would need to seperate the two pregnant mommies and the 2 fathers seperately because the mothers will kill the other mothers babies by eatting them.

3.Mice make wonderful pets and they tend to live 3-6 years depending on the care you give them and there diet.

4.You feed mice the same thing you feed rats which is hamster food. they eat the same thing as well as live crickets.

5.if the cat jumps on the aquraiam it could cause the mice to get hyper and get scared but as far as giving them heart attacks I dont think that will happen.

6.mice will not become wild if you take care of all of them, the less time you spend with them the less tame they will be. as well if the mice have babies DO NOT touch them until they are 5 weeks old. otherwise the mother will eat them, she will also eat them if they are sick. But as soon as you can you need to pay attension and hold and train the babies or they will be afraind of humans and then they will become wild.

7. mice wont generally bite anyone unless they are not properly tamed correctly or if the mother has babies and you put ur hand in the cage, because the mother will assume your after her babies and will bite you.
