Please help my hamster fell

hi, my hamster fell about 4 feet down from my hands onto carpet. i picked her up both times and put her back. she is always going up through this 1 tube to go to her bed, but now she is not moving that much and just grooming, and when she tries to go up to her bed, she just looks up the tube and sits in front of it for like 15 minutes. i dont think shes hurt because shes walking fine, but please if you think shes hurt please tell! ive only had her for 2 days! i am very worried. please help. i hope she is alright.

Tip: Always be sitting down while holding hamsters, especially young/jumpy ones.

But calm down. If you can pick her up, do so. Then gently feel her legs, just place a finger and thumb each side, and run it from the top to her foot. If at any point she sqeaks (more than normal) or tries to bite (if she does, don't drop her.. be prepared for it), then her leg may be broken, and you need a vet. Chance is she just had a scare, and maybe bruised herself. As for not going to the house, that's just hamsters for you. And hamsters do groom a lot. The once one of mine jumped (about a foot onto a table), she spent about the next hour cleaning herself.

If you can't pick her up, put a treat (if you know something she likes already, that's brill) near her so she can smell it, then place it about 15cm away. If she makes an attempt to go to it, watch her walking. If she seems very slow, or limps, then you'll need to see a vet.
