Rabbit cage/run
This is the cage I have purchased for my rabbit:

I have heard that indoor cages can also be used as outdoor runs, if the wire top is placed on the ground. With all the rabbit's I've owned so far, I haven't done this. This is because I am worried of it escaping by burrowing, since the cage tops to not contain a wire mesh floor. I would like to let her run on the fresh grass, but how long would it take her to burrow under, if I did? What are some things I can do to prevent her from escaping when I put her in?

Answers:letting your bunny play outside is not the best idea. if you do take her outside, make sure the top of the run is covered as well. big birds like eating bunnies. my rabbit is litter box trained and has a room in my house (we have 2 dogs and 2 cats that don't go in there). she also has a fresh supply of hay and alfalfa as well as a variety of veggies to eat. this way we don't have to worry about the lack of grass in her diet.

you could dig a bout a foot or 2 and bury chicken wire under the run. then like bend it up till it is conected to the cage/
I used to take my rabit out side in a huge gate out in my back yard by the woods. A week ago his ear was all red. I took him to the vet and he had ear mites. so taking rabits outside is bad

i would not take your bunny outside there are mites flea and other harmful creatures. i keep my bunny inside and when i do take him outside i have a special cage so he does not touch the ground its like a house. so please keep you bunny safe
You could mabey buy some 2 by 4 s and then use some fasners and then mabey put the 2 by 4s connected to the wire and put the 2 by 4 hlf way under ground around the edges
