Rabbit toys
Anyone got any suggestions for toys for my rabbits, they have a large 2 storey run and hutch but is there anything they really like as toys?
Answers:Rabbits love anything they can chew on, shred, roll around, or make noise with. Cardboard tubes (toilet paper and paper towel tubes) make great toys. Old phone books are good too (they love to shred the pages). You can also try wooden bird toys, hard plastic toys (the kind that are made for toddlers.like the plastic key rings, etc.), and ping pong balls. Something you can do to keep them busy is take a cardboard shoe box, cut some holes in it (maybe an inch or so accross) and stuff the box with hay. They will move the box around, dig at it, tear at it, etc. as they eat the hay. Tons of fun!! If your rabbits like to roll things around, try plastic soft drink bottles (put the lid on)...but only allow them to play with it while you supervise -- it's fun while it rolls, but if they start to chew on it, it should be taken away so that they don't eat the plastic.
I can think of a whole host of other fun things you could give them to play with, but if you use your imagination, I'm sure you can think of just as many! Good luck!!

Yeh they love balls and wooden bricks and stuff..they get bored eaily which id why sometimes people find the shew the cage...so get something they can chew.

you can get toilet roll inserts or kitchen roll ones and stuff them with hay and they love chasing them about, or my rabbit loves playing with pringles boxes too
stuffed animals(NO tags), OLD phone books/ magazines, you could buy some cat grass for him, they love to chow down on that, wooden blocks, rabbit box (large box, with holes cut in front and side and back depending on how big the box is, they love to chew it, play in it or even on it. they like to sleep on top of them, so dont put a hole it the top. add some windows..? they like to roll hockey balls around, have fun with you rabbits :) hope this helps

you can get dumbells, carrot rattles, balls, wooden chews, tunnels etc at any good pets store. try pets at home they have a good range of small animals toys and treats. my rabbits love footballs aswell ;o)
Well they like to chew on wood things u can buy at a pet store. Or u can buy a igloo which they will go in or go on top of!!
My bunnies love paper towel and toliet paper rolls. I have 69 bunnies and i walk by giving them all one and by the time I am done all I hear is the sound of everyonne chewing on them. It doesn't hurt them in anyway.
