Hi I would like to know if anyone knows and Rat Breeders or Rescuers in Kentucky or Ohio doesn't matter where in Ky. But if located in Ohio somewhere closer to Dayton or Cincinnati ... I really don't want to buy my pet rats from a pet store (which would be hard since there are none in the town I live in)
