Some of you have probably seen this loser posting, if you havent, he is a racist idiot.
But surely when you report, he will just log on with a differant name? Am i right?
So whats the point of reporting?

Perhaps they have other ways of dealing with abusers, such as IP address, and not just username banning. Who knows. Only Yahoo :)
Plus it helps them clear out garbage from their database.
