i have had 3 rats give birth - twice was a litter of 10 and once was 11, they are sooooo cute! and the mom's don't mind if you handle them
usually anywhere from 5-12, if your rat is going to have babies always expect the most possible so you dont have to worry about finding homes for them at the last minute
Rats can have anywhere from 6-12 babies.
