Will my chinchilla, or my rats be ok if they chew on vinyl coated wire?
Answers:Yes they both should be fine as long as it's not lead based paint on the wires.
I know that rats chew not sure about chinchilla's. Hope this helps.
NO chemicals in that can hrm the animals digestive system , i would peel the coating off the wire
