Rats question
hi i have a rat problem i am going to get a rat for me and my brother and we want 2 of them and my budget is to spend no more than 60 dollars is that possible to spend and i live in ga and does anyone know the exact amount of the rats they sell there and wat would u reccomend a rat or a hamster and when i go to eather petco or petsmart would i half to buy the feeder rats or are they the same a pet rats

A good cage is going to run you atleast $60, then you have water bottle, toys, bedding, food.
If all you have is $60, I would take one step at a time, get what you can untill you have more money and gradually build up a good cage setup...then get your rats...
Most people see feeders as the albino rats...PetSmart does BOT sell feeder rats, they only sell frozen feeder mice...
The cost of a rat from PetSmart depends on the breed...

Some places are a little cheaper and some a little more expensive, but it's usually around that price...
As for getting 2, your best bet is getting 2 females...they don't get territorial and they LOVE the company of a cage mate, this will also keep you from buiying 2 cages...
You can get 2 males, sometimes they are fine together, sometimes, even if they were born together they get territorial with the other males...it's a 50/50 chance...
