Roborovski Hamsters not getting along2007-11-24 22:14:55

i have 2 Roborovski Hamsters.

just got em off pet shop yesterday.

the thing is they are not getting along and started fighting a while ago.

Why?

Over a few days see how it goes they might start to get along hamster of the same sex are more likely to fight. If they keep on fight I'd separate them.

THEY STARTED FIGHTING.

SO I SEPERATED THEM.

YES ROBO'S SHOULD BE IN PAIRS OR GROUPS SYRIAN HAMSTERS MUST ALWAYS BE ALONE.

Hamsters are solitary animals, which means once they reach sexual maturity they must be housed seperatley. Hamsters will fight to the death in some cases, so it would be very wise to house them in seperate cages.

Hamsters are very fiesty they probably need to be seperated in to different cages because they could not be born together and that means they have no connection.
