-make sure your hamster excersises by letting it runn in the wheel or ball.

-if you want to go all out , by a hamster litter box and potty train it ( you dont have to, but it makes clean up alot easier )

-always love you hamster and play with them daily so he/she gets used to you and will not be scared.
