i live in australia and i have heard about this thing called the cube. it is used to make cages at home i want to do this so i can make a nursery for my guinea. i dont know wethere u can get the cube in australia. does anyone know where or if you can? if so does it work and is it expensive?

You mean cube and coroplast cages? Yes I have 11 guinea pigs and have these type of cages!

Now I have these cages... I will NEVER go back to tiny petstore cages and hutches! They create smell.

Cube and coroplast cages are MUCH cheaper, provide more ventilation (so no smell) and you can make them any size and shape that you desire!

If you are talking about C&C cages, look at www.guineapigcages.com. I don't know how easy it is to find the supplies in Australia, but you can order them(or the whole kit) from that site. They are great cages that are cheaper and bigger than store bought cages.

The cages built like this is the best. They give your piggy more room. I have made one and it is very easy to do. Go to the site provided and look around it will give you so many ideas for ways to make them. Also if there is no stores there that carry them you can get them online.
