What STORE do they sell c&c cages

i heard that they had them at target but i dont want it to be a wasted trip.i bought a piggy and his name is peaunut and he is the most cuest piggy i have seen in my whole life and he is a short ahired one but we r going to be on our way to by his friend (boy of course)but do the cages have to a top to it cause ive seen piggy cages with no tops??what should i do?we have the biggy in a huge play pin now but i am planning on taking him with me to pick out a friend to see is they get along.is that a good idea??help me please telll me what sotres sell c&c cages

You do have to build them. There are instructions at guineapigcages.com . You need cubes nad coroplast.

I usually get my cubes from Target (home storage section). I have trouble finding them at Walmart. I paid between 12-14 dollars for a set of 20-23 pieces. For the coroplast, I got out the phone book and started calling sign makers/printers. I called on a Saturaday so most were closed. The 3rd one I called had coroplast. It comes in a HUGE sheet, but if you know the measurements you need (from guinealpigcages.com) they will cut it for you for free. I spent 20 dollars the coroplast. You can get almost any color, which is fun b/c your pigs are not colorblind and will like the colorful bottom.

You don't HAVE to have a top on the C&C cage. I do b/c I have a dog, so it's a safety precaution. If you want a top, build it from the extra Cubes that you will have left over.
