Clean it weekly. Change bedding (what are you currently using?), and just do a ''trial & error" to find what works best for you. What kind of cage are you using? If it's a tank, those are prone to produce odor quicker than a wire cage.

Clean it more often. You could also try different kinds of bedding as some absorb odors better than others. I like Carefresh for my rabbit, but I think that wood shavings tend to help more with smell, and I think that's what we used for our hedgehog when we had one.

Appart from that, you'll get used to the smell.
