Guinea pigs should not smell. If the cage is clean, and he still smells then you need to go the vet. Your pig may have a GI infection. That is the only time that your pig would have smelly poop. He, himself, should not smell at all.

Is it him or the cage that stinks? What kind of bedding are you using? You might want to switch it up. Good bedding options include: CareFresh, fleece, towels, aspen or kiln-dried pine shavings. Maybe if you had a bigger cage you wouldn't need to clean him so often.
