I can't get one from a breeder. My mom says it is to much trouble for just some mice, so I am going to the pet store. I know how to choose a good mouse, I just need to know about how much "fancy" mice cost. That is what the mice are called right, the ones that aren't white? Please include any more costs that include anything other than housing, bedding, or toys or food. Thanks!!

fancy mice are around $1.99 - 3.00 at Petco, or at least in MI. It could depend on where you live and what pet store you get them from. I got 2 small/young fancy rats from Petco for $4.99, so the mice are less than that.
