You didn't give a whole lot of info like how long he hasn't eaten, is the piggie displaying any signs of lethargy, is piggie drinking, etc. So I'll just be general.

Not eating is a sign of illness. It is important that you get your piggie to eat & drink. So, if you have already tried tempting piggie with yummy stuff like Romaine lettuce, carrots, apple slice, etc. & that doesn't work, you'll need to start handfeeding.

have you tried giving it a piece of orange. I had one and gave it an orange as a joke but he loved it. I later found out they need vitamin C. Mine never got sick though. You might take it to the vet if he doesnt get any better soon.
