What is the best type of bedding for a dwarf hamster

i may get a dwarf hamster but i dont know what kind of bedding would be best for it.

We have no less then 26 cages of mice, dwarf hamsters, Syrian hamsters, and gerbils at any given time and we strictly use Care Fresh. We use the the colors when we catch it on sale and use the Ultra for any babies and their momma. The Ultra is super soft and a little more expensive then the colors. In doing research on the different small animals, I learned that woods like cedar and pine emit toxic fumes when the small animals urinate on it that we may not smell, but they can. The fumes can cause respiratory infections and possible death. Also I have come across several articles where the use of all woods can cause allergic reactions in the small animals. I've seen the allergy reactions like a runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, wheezing and hair loss. All had to be treated at the vets then at home for several days. All started from day one with me in being caged using Care Fresh. Now I was just as guilty as many others who didn't know about the potiential health risks of using wood litters, but I made the change to using Care Fresh. I like it much better then Critter Care sold at Wal Mart (stiffer). Care Fresh uses a process in which the pulp is sanitized to 280 degrees and they test for 360 chemicals and other things that can harm your small animal. I like any company that cares for our animals this way. Also this procuct can be used for cat litter instead of woods or even that horrible clay litter (good for winter under tires though).
