What is the friendliest type of rat
Like what type of rat (Like the ones you would buy from a pet store or whatever) would be the friendliest loyal and most attachable thanks
Answers:I had a pet black rat named Two-Tone (cause of his white belly) had him for two years he slept on my pillow, sat on my shoulder, was very friendly and loyal until the day he died :( other then him I haven't really found a loyal rat like him.
I think the best choice though is a bald rat...I have had 6 of those and they make pretty loyal pets and they don't bite as much...the problem is finding one (they are kind of rare)
P.S. for some reason I have noticed that when it comes to friendly...your best bet is a male rat (females tend to be more tempermental and territorial whereas males are more calm and laid back)
Ones from breeders; pet stores tend not to give the pets too much attention, so they may be anti social.
All rats are nice...but Breeders have the rats that are hand trained everyday so that makes them a bit nicer to hold.although other rats are just as nice!!
