That depends on how big the rabbit's going to be when it's an adult. I use 24" by 24" cages with almost all my rabbits.
get the biggest cage you can afford... the bigger the better

and that last one will be easier to clean
you should never get the minimum size cage. the bigger the best! try to afford a bigger cage so the rabbit will feel less stressed and more safe!
