What is the warmest bedding for Hamsters available in Canada
With fall and winter fast approaching and me living in a basement apartment in Northern Ontario, I want to make sure my little Hamster is as warm as possible. I have no idea how cool they keep the place when no one is home during the day.
Answers:I guess the warmest would probably be carefresh bedding (its a bit more expensive than the wood kind though). Its made out of cotton fibres and is more absorbant than other kinds of bedding, also it comes in assorted colors. But most beddings are probably the same, a hamster will usually pile some bedding in a corner or in a house that you give them and then simply curl up into a ball to keep warm. Just make sure your basement apartment doesnt get too cold, and if you find it is getting very cold just move your hamster to a warmer room in your apartment.
Probably CareFresh. It is good for your pet, comes in different colors, and is comfortable.
