That hamster looks like a young Syrian better known as Golden hamster. I do not know the exact name for the markings though.

if your hamster is 4 to 6 inches long it then the hamster is probably a Syrian hamster or more commonly know as the teddy bear hamster! If he or she is only 2-4 inches long then he or she is probably a dwarf hamster!! Hope i helped!!
