What litter is the best to train my pet rat with SPRAZRATZ

Since I use torn up sheets and similar material in the rats' cages, I use Yesterday's News http://www.yesterdaysnews.com/ as the litter in the litter box. This makes the two beddings so different that the rats can see/feel the difference. All you need to do is no matter what cage bedding you use, just make sure that you use a litter box material that is different. That doesn't mean that someone won't find the litter box a cozy sleeping spot.

Rats are clean critters and they like to find one corner for their toilet area. However, if the cage is allowed to get too dirty with feces then they also learn not to care about where they go. Every part of the cage starts to smell like them so they get confused about where their corner is.

Note, not all rats take to litter box training, some never get it, some do. Your part is to be consistant and diligent for it to work.
