What species of hamster should i get

Well i am getting a new hamster and I am getting one from Petsmart. I already have one but I don't want it to get lonely. The one that I have now is a syrain and I was going to get one from petfinder.com but I got to see the hamster and that was evil too. and my hamster that I have now always gets along will all different species even other syrains! What species do you think i should get? I dont want a Dwarf or Russian or Cambell hamster at all. The small ones always get loose, and even if I put them in a tub they chew through it! And because my hamster the one that I got now is fat and I don't want him to crush a small hamster. I got this hamster from meijers and his name is Fluffy,but Fluffy is evil so I'm giving fluffy to my brother. I have this other hamster from Pet co. that is nice and he is the syrain. And I don't want a long-haired hamster either. There all all kinds of different species of syrain,but which one should i choose?please help! Sorry if I sounded bossy.

you say the Syrian you already have is good with other hamsters Syrians included. i would not house a Syrian hamster with another AT ALL. PERIOD. it isn't worth the risk IMO. Syrian hamsters are completely anti-social animals by nature, coming together for reproductive reasons only. the only time you see Syrian hamsters together are as babies in pet stores... when they have yet to reach sexual maturity so there for do not fight! or to reproduce... thats it!
