A baby male guinea pig.

People are often saying males cannot be kept together - that IS NOT true! They CAN if they are at the right ages and introduced properly. You should not put different species of animals together EVER (nope not even a rabbit)!

I have 2 pairs of male guinea pigs together - they get on PERFECTLY.

I would introduce a baby guinea pig who is no older than 3 months - they will not fight if one is a baby when introduced. You WILL have a few arguments when the baby hits puberty - but this is FINE, they will resolve themselves. DO NOT separate unless one bleeds.

If both are neutered, another male guinea pig would be a great friend. They like company :)

Two male pigs will fight violently. He is OK alone, just spend time with him every day. You can get a female if you want to have a bunch of babies. Or you can have him neutered and get a female.

I would say another guinea pig. I know my guinea pigs were happy and content when they weren't by themselves.

Male guinea pigs do not always fight. Definitely get him a buddy, as long as your cage is plenty big to accomodate two pigs.
