As long as they are healthy, I'd avertise them in the newspaper in the classifieds. Ask before you sell them, you don't want them eaten by snakes! Hope your gerbils get a good home. Giving them away for free would probably make them sound like they are unhealthy, or mean. Sell them for about $3.00 each, good luck!

Not to be mean but if you are selling your gerbils just so you can get a guinea pig, it kinda of obvious that you need to put more thought into owning a pet. Anyways, try craigslist.com.
I would also reconsider your reasons for selling your gerbils to get a guinea pig. I have both, and gerbils are easier to care for, cheaper to keep, have a shorter life span, don't need to be cleaned nearly as often, generate less odor, and are actually more entertaining to watch.
Dont get me wrong, I love my piggy too, but gerbils have their advantages.
BTW, I'd recommend posting flyers at your local pet stores and sell the entire set up for fairly cheap.
