Assuming your bun is older then 6 months, your bun's main food source should be TIMOTHY HAY, offered 24/7 and in unlimited amounts. A quality pellet should be given twice daily. 1/4 cup per 5lbs daily. 2 cups of fresh veggies. Fresh clean water available all the time.

Buy your pellets in the smallest bag you can. They do go stale. Unless you can freeze whatever you can not use in one month. For example, I have one 5lb bun. I purchase a 50 lb bag and separate it into gallon size Ziploc bags and put them in the deep freezer. I take them out as I need them. If you don't have room for that, buy a smaller bag.

Just go to tractor supply or rural king. You can get a 50lb bag of food for 10 bucks and the rabbits seem to enjoy it too!!

i think kaytee rabbit pellets, and some timithy hay. maybe some veggies but not until it's 6 months old. don't feed it to much veggies or fruit, it might get dirrhea

Hay. The majority of any rabbits diet must be hay. Timothy hay is a good choice. Stay away from alfalfa, it is too high in protein and calcium and will cause health problems. Feed only 1/4 cup of rabbit pellets per 5 lbs. of weight. per day. Small bites of vegies and fruit can be offered as a treat. See www.rabbit.org for more ideas.

Well as far as pellets, the ONLY pellets my Gordo will eat are the cheapest ones at Wal Mart. He also LOVES Alfalfa.

Carrots Lettuce cabbage. and your normal rabbit pellets not to much veggies. because in certain cases they get sick and some times die.

Any brand is good, EXCEPT for Kaytee brands. I was told by a Veterinarian that they make "junk" products. I know of "L & M" Farms, I think the name is of rodent food.
