its limping, its got vaginal discharge,and its head droops

Does this hamster have a wheel? Could it's foot have gotten caught to cause the limping and the head drooping? As far as the discharge it could just be natural, but I wouldn't assume so. Take it to the VET right away!

the vaginal discharge could mean ur hamster is in heat, if the hamster is a girl. is there anything in the cage that might of caused this injury? if the hamster's legs are still working but weak, it should be okay after some rest. if not, maybe take the lil fellow to the vet. i don't know why the hamster's head is drooping. it could be from because he/she is weak or exhausted. i would pay more attention to him/her and play with him/her as much as possible.

look thru the list of conditions, and see if one seems like the one your hamster has, and maybe you should call your vet and see what they have to say about it
