Really? Petsmart's always been a horrible pet store (at least, the two in our area are), but to be rude to a customer because of their pet choice... Well, let's just say I'm never going to buy from them again =[

I'd take a look at petfinder.com -- they don't always have what you're looking for, but you could get lucky.
