If you want a chocolate colored guinea pig, try a local shelter or rescue. You can find one at www.petfinder.com I know Austin has a piggie rescue called Vision Hills Sanctuary.
If you want a chocolate shaped like a guinea pig, I'd contact a chocolatier that specializes in custom made confections.
If you want a chocolate covered guinea pig, I'm afraid you'll have to move to Chili or Peru. People in the US don't eat their domesticated pets.
