Naked mole rats are not 'pets' regardless of what the Kim Possible cartoon claims. They are entirely underground animals, they live in cold burrows underground. If you tried to keep one in a bright, dry cage, it would suffer horribly and die. They cannot even regulate their own body temperature, if they are put in warm air they will die. They eat mainly plant roots found as they burrow. You cannot reproduce the environment they need, and even if you found one, you'd kill it.

If you're so absorbed in the silly image of that cartoon, get a skinny pig. It's a guinea pig without hair. It looks similar to the naked mole rat, but it can actually survive being kept as a pet.
