where is spaz rats located and do they deliver a rat you might want if you live in a different state?

I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am a "closed rattery". A definition given to me by the Ratster http://www.ratster.com/. This means if and when I breed rats, I keep them for life. I don't sell or give away my babies.
My purpose in life in to learn **everything** about rats (wild and domestic) and educate the public on the proper care and knowledge of pet rats, dispell ridiculous rat myths, and promote pet rats as the best rodent pet for anyone 8 years old and older.
