Hamsters! They're snuggly and so adorable.
I have both. Rabbits could be more free since they're bigger. Hamsters could get lost easily. Also, rabbits, to me, seem more understanding, if you know what I mean. They're better to show affection. But I have to say that they are both wonderful pets.

bunnies! they're just as sociable as a dog or a cat. and they don't bite! they're friendly and have wonderful personalities, though they are much harder to care for.

Rabbits. You can buy a leash for them and take them on walks, if you are into that thing. Plus they are better to hold than a hamster. Hamsters are known to bite and when they do, you bleed. Rabbit too, but I've never been bitten by one before (worked at pet shops).
