i am getting mice and i was wondering which sex to get two girls or two boys? of cours not a boy and a girl coz they will breed!

Answers:

Definitely. Two females.

1. Females have much more less stench.

2. Males get aggressive and dominant.

3. You may not like the adult testicles when you hold them they are very gross.

4. Females are less aggressive toward handling.

Beware: You may get a pregnant female from a pet store so try your hardest to get them from a breeder .

breeders handle their mice and your mice shall be semi-tamed.

if you do get them from a pet store make sure its the exact same size as the other females and it wants to be handled.

2 males will most likely fight, and females are easier to handle. (I've heard that males are more aggressive with human contact)

You're better off with 2 females because they're not as territorial as males.

Males will fight unless they're brothers, and they've never been separated before. If they've been separated before, and you put them together in a cage, they will fight. Sometimes it can get so bad that one will kill the other.

2 males. Female mice are known to fight a lot and when you put them in the same cage they will fight for them to know who is boss.
