Which pet should I get Rat,guinea pig,rabbit,or,hamster

My rabbit was LOVELY but the only thing was... I am fond of pets who will sit still and enjoy being picked up. Rabbits don't like sitting still, they like running around. Sometimes when he layed on the floor I would bend down and stroke him and he stamped his foot and ran away. He was one of the friendliest pets I've had though... even though he didn't like cuddles and strokes.

I have never had a hamster but I did look after one once. She was a lovely little thing but far too active for me.. they don't stop moving! She also bit me.. but only once. My sister always had hammies (about 6 in total) before I was born and apparently they ALL died within a few months. They are also nocturnal.

I first got guinea pigs when I was 4. They are by far the best pet I've had. The thing I can't understand is the guinea-haters on here (like the stupid girl above) they certainly DO NOT smell (do you think I'd want 2 in my bedroom if they did??) and they are not noisy because I am a light sleeper and I wouldn't be able to put up with noise if they were noisy! If you've never had one please don't judge them for what you THINK they're like! I have had 50 guinea pigs in my life now (I'm 16) and NOT ONCE have I been bitten. Out of these 4 animals types the rabbit and guinea pigs haven't bitten me. Guinea pigs sit for hours on your lap and won't budge (some even fall asleep), they give you kisses (all of mine love licking my arms and face), they make cute noises (they chirp at you when you stroke them), they wheek for food. They are the only animal out of the 4 that makes noises but if you ask me - I don't think that's a bad thing!
