Which would be a better pet for me a hamster, guinea pig, or bunny2007-11-24 22:18:26

I want to get a hamster guinea pig or bunny for my birthday but im not sure which to ask for. which one would let me pet it and hold it without biting me? I just want a cool pet that will be nice to me and wont ignore me all the time.

1.hamsters-easiest care-cheap

2.guinea pigs-medium care-medium expense

3.Rabbits-lots of care-expensive

defiantly not a hamster they are boring and give you no attention and smell bad and bite. i personally think a bunny but a guinea could also be nice . just not a hamster!

your pet will give you as much time as you give it, ahamster is less rewarding, adn also nocturnal . all animals bite if you dont build up a good relationship with them.a hamster wont let you sit and hold it, itll want to move around all the time, bunnies are sometimes like this sometimes very docile and will do nothing but sit in your lap, depends on the indiviadual animal.

id say get a guinea pig, much less hassle than a rabbit and much more likely to give you attention, just not as clever as a rabbit (cant jump as well or run as fast either - i think thats a plus!)
