Awww, your piggies are reaching puberty hahaha. Its totally normal. Just be sure one isnt female so you dont accidentally have a bunch of babies!
The humping is a behavior to establish dominance. One pig will eventually rule out as the dominant pig but it might take some time to establish. One will probably also wag his butt in front of the other at times, which is another normal behavior.
Dont worry about it, even at 7 weeks they are old enough to start trying to mate.
They are horney.
Doing what comes naturally.
This mounting behavior you are seeing is how they determine "who will be the dominant pig" in the cage. This is normal & should subside.
