You only let them out for 10 minutes a day? If you were locked in your room and only let out for 10 minutes, would you want to sit quietly in someone's lap, or would you want to run around and play?

Just let her do her own thing. Let her come to you. Bribe her with food.

You should hold your girls everyday. They need a constant routine of holding, feeding, ect. so that they can become used to you. Does she seem to be scratching herself a lot? Because biting and scratching are generally signs of mites. If you got her at a petstore, then you should expect mites more so than just speculating about them. I would take her to a vet, to see if she has mites, or any other kind of illness, and see what happens. If the vet suggests a scratch test to check for mites, please try to stop him/her. They are very painful for guinea pigs, and are rarely accurate because you have to find the exact source of mites. Most mite medications can be used as a precaution, and are not harmful if they don't have it if used correctly.

A side thought, but do you think maybe she just wants to go back to the cage so that she can do her "business"? A lot of piggies prefer not to "go" when they're out of the cage. Try putting her back once she starts nipping.
