your hamster may have mites from the shavings go to a vet they can check as you will not be able to see them they will place him under a ultra violet light to show the mite up good luck
she may have mites, they sometimes scratch or bite themselves so much that they take the hair off. one easy way to tell is to lightly scratch her and if she goes a bit mad scratching then its most likely mites.
get her checked by the vet either way just to be sure

If these bald spots are just in random places on the body your hamster may have mites. But if the bald spots are located on each side of your hamsters hips, these are its scent glands and there shouldnt be much hair around them, so it is nothing to worry about.
