Why does my hamster have such buggy eyes2007-11-24 22:19:23

While I'm aware that hamsters have a large BEF (beady eye factor), one of my little ones is pushing even that envelope. She's not a dwarfie, just a regular sized hamster but over the past few months her eyes seem to be protruding more and more. Its not scary and she doesn't seem to be having a problem seeing or be in pain and its certainly been a very gradual thing. She's also started sleeping with them open from time to time and that's only started in the past month or so. Aside from it being her pure evil intent just to worry me, can anyone tell me what's going on with her? She's only a year old.
