Two females should live happily together and pairs male and female will live together but will breed every ten weeks.

Please listen to this

SEPERATE THESE TWO MALES BEFORE ONE ATTACKS THE OTHER.

are you POSITIVE they are both boys? It is VERY easy to mis-sex a guinea pig. Check again to be positive. also male guinea pigs often have dominance issues and this may be the start of problems it is very possible there will come a time when they will need seperate cages. good luck.
I used to have guinea pigs too, it's great that you've got him a friend cause' apparently guinea pigs love company :-), anyway mine used to do that too! even though they were boys! Especially when I looked after my friend's while she was on holiday, they were very frisky then! I'm not sure why, I know they were all boys otherwise suurely we would have had loads of guinea pigs lol, sometimes I think they just don't care if its male/female or don't realise... they'll just hump anything guinea-pig like!
1 ARE YOU REALLY SURE THEY ARE BOTH MALE 2 AS A WAY OF SHOWING WHO IS BOSS THE OLDER MIGHT BE SHOWING SUPERIORITY 3 I DONT EVEN WANT TO GO THERE LOL.. MINE DID THAT COME TO FIND OUT 1 WAS A FEMALE
Don't fret! This is completely natural. Your two piggies are establishing who's dominant. For now, the bigger one will probably be and do most of the "humping." As long as that's all they're doing, no biting, scratching, attacking, etc, they should be okay together. And, as they figure out their social pattern, and grow to the same size, the behavior should stop. I have three male guinea pigs all from different litters that were introduced at different times, and the first few weeks of a new arrival always meant chasing/humping. Just keep an eye out that it doesn't get "violent." Good luck with your piggies!
it is dominence issues. have them nueterd asap
humping is not always a sexual act, it can be dominance related too. i commonly see this in a variety of animals from mice to dogs, I've even seen female dogs pick up the behaviour from other dogs. do double check the gender of both pigs, but its very common for a male, especially the older or larger one to hump the little one just to say "hey I'm the boss around her and don't forget it". much better then the alternative behaviour of beating the little one up.
It looks like several other people hit it right on the nose. Your piggies' behavior is completely normal. Mounting is not always sexual - it's a way guinea pigs establish dominance within a group. Females do this as well. They will also do other funny things, like rumblestrutting, to assert their dominance. As long as blood isn't drawn, you're fine. Keep an eye on them until they've gotten accustomed to each other. If their introductions get violent, throw a towel over them to separate them - don't put your hands in there! You can also try bathing them together - bathing is a somewhat traumatizing experience for pigs, and it can serve as something of a bonding experience for them, as well as neutralizing their scents of each other (I should add that bathing your pigs is not really necessary, but if you have problems introducting them this is a great trick to try. You need only to wash their rumps and bellies, not their heads).
