maybe this will help. when she sleeps she grinds her teeth together. she is almost 12 months old. do syrian hamsters have baby teeth. lol and also her teeth are really yellow and thin if their is something wrong with her what should i do

Usually their teeth are yellow!

they don't have toothpaste like humans!

A pumice stone or a wooden chew are best.

They do not have baby teeth, they have to make do with one pair their whole lives so take care of them.

If you are still worried take her to the vet, they will cut them down- although she may be a bit groggy afterward.

you should be giving her wood to chew on so she can trim her teeth and have them healthy, if you put wood but shes not chewing it then you should take her to the vet because she can die because of her teeth.

I like the first answer. Yeah, hamsters teeth keep on growing and they can grow through the bottom/top of their mouths so please give it some wood or take it to the vet. I hope everything works out! Good luck!
